All new colour clients, colour changes and returning clients after 6 months require a new skin test and consultation. These are complimentary and do not require a booking just pop in whenever we are open. For in-depth or transformation consultation we advise calling ahead on the day to ensure the colour specialist is available. We do no not offer consultations for cuts & styling as all staff are trained in curly and wet styling so appointments can be adapted to your needs.
Yes, we strongly recommend making an appointment to ensure availability. You can do so by calling us or booking online through our website. All bookings require a 50% Deposit at time of booking.
All appointments require a deposit of 50% of the service booked, we have a 48 hour cancelation policy any less will result in loss of deposit to cover the loss to salon & staff.
We appreciate life happens but please let is know so we can fill the appointment times and refund the deposit. Rebooked appointments without a deposit still have the same policy and will need to be paid before booking another appointment.

We use high-quality hair products our colour brand is Wella the number 1 colour brand in the UK, Wellaplex & Innoluxe for our bond treatment. Our styling we use Wella, Only Curls, Olew, Merwave & Ref. We also offer these products for sale in our salon.
Our curly cuts start with a dry cutting technique so we need to see your natural hair texture, the hair doesn't need to be freshly washed but worn down since washday. No mum buns or gym ponytails sorry.
You can use products but we ask to keep them to a minimum as we do not use combs or bushes to cut but will need to get our fingers through.
Please detangle on your last wash day so time is not taken up detangling.
The hair is then washed and styled in its natural curl using a diffuser we then finish the drying under a climazon for a gentle and relaxing finish.
We then dress out and check the new shape.
All curls shrink/bounce shorter than usual this normally takes up to 2 weeks to settle into its new shape and is completely normal. Any tweaks after 2 weeks is included in the original booking price.
Please come to your appointment without any root sprays or dry shampoo products to avoid reactions or uneven lift/ coverage, we also recommend no more than 3 days since wash day. If you have a sensitive scalp or booked an on scalp lightener we recommend not to wash the day of appointment as the natural oils will help with your comfort.
After care -we always advise not to wash your hair until at least 48hours after appointment to give the colour molecules time to fully lock into the hair shaft.
Blondes- after the first wash the hair will lighten slightly as the toner is washed for the first time.
Home aftercare- the appointment is only 50% of the result, how long your colour will last and the health of your hair is down to correct aftercare products and heat styling will have a big impact. 4 must have products- professional shampoo conditioner a bond builder or mask and a heat protection.
